Aaron Rai Clinches Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship in Thrilling Play-Off Showdown Against Tommy Fleetwood
The 30-year-old golfer demonstrated exceptional composure to claim the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship on Sunday, defeating Tommy Fleetwood in a dramatic playoff after a topsy-turvy last day of competition.
Rai sank a crucial birdie putt from just over eight foot to clinch the victory, echoing his sole prior tournament triumph at the Scottish Open in 2020, which was likewise a play-off victory over the same opponent.
Sunday's Play Excitement
